Reserve a time to pick up your ARTICard ID card or CTA U-Pass card.
- New Students & Employees must bring a valid government-issued ID
- New Employees must complete a background check before making an appointment
- New Students Only! Check your SAIC email for a personalized link to submit your photo.
- If your ID has expired, you must return the expired ID to avoid a $15 replacement fee
- Lost ARTICard - $15 fee
- Lost U-Pass - $50 fee
- All payments must be made with ARTICash
