Reserve a time for you to pick up your ARTICard ID card or CTA U-Pass card.
- New Students & Employees must bring a valid government-issued ID
- New Employees must complete a background check before making an appointment
- New Students Only! Check your SAIC email for a personalized link to submit your photo.
- If your ID has expired, you must return the expired ID to receive a new one
- Lost ARTICard replacement fee is $15
- Lost U-Pass fee is $50
- All payments must be made with ARTICash
